This is our vision
It’s our vision to test the body in such a way that strengthens character and nurtures the heart. This happens when we surpass what we previously thought possible, looking within to discover our true source of strength. It’s our intention to use that newfound strength to overcome obstacles and be an asset in our local gym and communities.

This is where we showdown
We are thrilled to host the German Teen Showdown right here at CrossFit Herne. Our campus includes a large sports center, café “Wunderwerk”, physio & osteopathy area, an athlete recreational room, vendor village, and our RuhrstadtArena hotel all on a 1400m² campus. It’s our aim that you will feel right at home from the moment you walk through our doors.
